Kristen has changed my life!

Kristen has changed my life! I gained so much from the Women’s Circle. I learnt to meditate when I’d never truly be able to before. About Kristen

I'm Kristen, Inner Growth Coach, EFT and NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) Practitioner, wife and mum to 3 young men, and a Primary School teacher for over 28 years.

I took the leap into holistic therapy following years of a keen interest in Neuroplasticity, and dabbling in energy psychology. After EFT crossed my path, I was blown away by the shifts I experienced personally, and expanded this even more when I discovered effortless meditation.

What I have learned about myself, my past conditioning, my behaviours and patterns that have played out in my life followed by the softness that has emerged as a result of meditating twice a day has been life-changing.

Now, it is my absolute joy to walk with other women on their own path to self-discovery, healing and joy through coaching and speaking throughout Australia.

Calmed My Chaos
