Kristen has changed my life! I gained so much from the Women’s Circle. I learnt to meditate when I’d never truly be able to before. The mindset work we did was incredible and I’ve learnt so much about myself and shifted some pretty heavy and deep-seated emotions. I'm feeling more centred, less frazzled in my life as a mum and business owner, and have gained a library of techniques and resources to help calm myself and shift emotions.
I'm Kristen, Inner Growth Coach, EFT and NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming) Practitioner, wife and mum to 3 young men, and a Primary School teacher for over 28 years.
I took the leap into holistic therapy following years of a keen interest in Neuroplasticity, and dabbling in energy psychology. After EFT crossed my path, I was blown away by the shifts I experienced personally, and expanded this even more when I discovered effortless meditation.
What I have learned about myself, my past conditioning, my behaviours and patterns that have played out in my life followed by the softness that has emerged as a result of meditating twice a day has been life-changing.
Now, it is my absolute joy to walk with other women on their own path to self-discovery, healing and joy through coaching and speaking throughout Australia.
