The 8-weeks begin 2nd October. We meet weekly over Zoom each Wednesday evening from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm AEST.
What if the topic for the week is not relevant to me?
I strongly encourage you to maintain that beginner’s mindset and approach everything with a sense of curiosity: I can guarantee there will be something in it for you!

What happens if I'm unable to attend my 1:1 sessions until later at night?
Not a problem. I have 1 night each week set aside just for this! These sessions go quickly so I always advise to book in advance.

Will we meet every week?
Yes, although there may be some weeks when we don’t due to public holidays etc. You will be given prior notice.

I'm nervous sharing in front of others when discussing sensitive matters. Will it be a large group?
There is a lovely sense of community and the healing that comes from a common shared experience of vulnerability has the ability to bring people closer. This group will follow an agreement of privacy and confidentiality at all times. The group will be capped at 8 to allow me to meet the needs of everyone.
