Time To Bloom teaches students and teachers the skills to manage those anxious and overwhelming feelings that students can experience as well as slow the internal chatter and focus their minds on the task at hand. Effortless Meditation, D.E.A.B and EFT Tapping allow students to access that moment of clarity to bring things into perspective.
Personalised programs tailored to Primary, Middle and Senior school students teach students practical processes that will assist them with reducing fatigue, improving sleep, overall wellbeing, managing emotions, reducing anxiety and stress, increasing concentration and improving classroom behaviour.
Along with Centred Meditation, I facilitate a NESA accredited professional development courses for teachers where they will learn D.E.A.B. – a simple breathing technique that improves student social, emotional and cognitive wellbeing – as well master delivering D.E.A.B to their students and learn how to implement and adjust the practice to meet the need of the classroom or the student.

In today's age of anxiety, my aim using EFT is to help young people build a strong sense of self, enabling them to emotionally self-regulate and inspire positive change.
Tapping is a safe and effective technique suitable for children as young as three, addressing issues such as anxiety, behavioural difficulties, ASD challenges, lack of focus, fears, test performance, bullying and body confidence.
I am dedicated to providing children and parents, and teachers with stress reduction tools for everyday use.
Incorporating social-emotional learning and tapping in the classroom helps children develop essential skills, including self-awareness, self-regulation, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
The benefits of teaching meditation within schools have a great deal of scientific evidence to support the positive effects on our brains and bodies.
By incorporating meditation into the school day, for both the students and teachers, the impact on mental health and emotional wellbeing, and academic performance is significantly enhanced. Meditation improves focus, nervous system regulation, productivity, clarity, cognitive flexibility, planning and behaviour.
Through incorporating daily meditation into the school day, students are afforded time to regulate their nervous systems, allow time to integrate their learning, helping them to make informed, less reactive decisions and behaviours.
The impact will be felt as students come across challenges in and out of the classroom where instead of reverting to reactive, unhelpful behaviours, they have an underlying sense of peace and wellbeing.
Very professional and positive!"
